Susan Christie recently came back from a visit to the GOF orphanage in Kenya. The Children's Bridge Foundation supports the education of sixteen of the children there through sponsorships. Our sponsors recently received new pictures and their child's report card.  $500 a year will send a child to school. Click here to help give a child a future.

Success Stories

These three beautiful children live in an orphanage on the Kenya coast, where AIDS has left many children without families to take care of them. Their best chance for a productive life is a good education. Through our sponsorship program, The Children's Bridge Foundation sends these children to school, and provides them with the basic equipment they need to succeed - school uniforms, shoes and books. More importantly, the children know that there is someone out there who cares about them!

Xiao Chen needed surgery to correct a birth defect which could have caused severe problems for him later in life. Thanks to your donations, Xiao Chen's surgery went smoothly, and he now looks forward to a healthy life.
Yizhou was also born with cleft lip and palate, and desperately needed surgery to help him to feed properly. The Children's Bridge Foundation provided funding for his surgery, giving him a chance at a healthy childhood. Yizhou has now had his surgery and is growing into a handsome little boy!
Ancheng was born with a meningiocele - his spinal cord bulged through his spinal column. This condition can compress the nerves, causing muscle weakness and paralysis, or problems with basic functions such as toiletting. In North America, surgery to correct this condition is done very young. Ancheng received his surgery through generous donations to the Children's Bridge Foundation, and today is a happy, healthy little boy with a bright future ahead of him!
